Every piece from CasaDeGustav is made to order, crafted just for you once your purchase is confirmed. This ensures each print carries the full intention of our limited edition promise. For that reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any orders after a 24-hour grace period.
If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your order, please contact us within that 24-hour window. After that, the creative wheels are already in motion.
📦 If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged
While we take every precaution to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, we know life can get messy in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a Damage Review, please email us at [insert email] with the following:

Clear photos of the damaged area(s) in .jpg or .png format

Photos of the original packaging

All photos submitted within 72 hours of delivery

Ensure the piece has not been hung, re-framed, or modified from its original state
Once we receive your photos, we will review the case and, at our discretion, may offer to repair or replace the piece. The review process may take up to 30 business days.
